Door Works takes great care when packaging your order. All pallets and crates are custom made for your shipment. Doors are stacked with the largest doors on the bottom and smallest doors on top. Each door is labeled at the top with the following information:

• Company Name and Purchase Order Number
• Our Order Number
• Door Size
• Hand
• Location or Door Number, if given

Doors are stacked flat on pallets with protective foam or blocks placed between the doors. Doors are then wrapped with plastic, enclosed with MDF, and banded to ensure doors remain stable during transport. We have an established history with our freight carriers of filing less than five freight claims per year.

Our MDF packaging material can be cut and re-used for a variety of purposes in your own door shops.
